Course Description

This formative assessment evaluates core knowledge in pediatric musculoskeletal anatomy and growth physiology. It covers key concepts related to growth plate behavior, apophyseal injuries, remodeling capacity, fracture patterns unique to children, and the vascular and neurologic structures most at risk in common pediatric injuries.
The assessment also includes new questions on elbow and knee growth anatomy to reinforce understanding of developmental biomechanics and skeletal maturation. Learners will apply anatomical and clinical reasoning to scenario-based questions, helping solidify foundational principles essential for pediatric orthopedic practice.
