:Academic Integrity
It is the trainee's commitment to high moral values and educational honesty in order to achieve academic success in a responsible manner.
Academic integrity is a fundamental pillar in academic, professional, and societal life, as it means intellectual honesty and scientific integrity in the use, transmission, documentation, and publication of information and the production of research. Academic integrity is the heart of society and its basic building block. It determines the credibility of people in their dealings with each other and in the trust of community members in those in high positions. Therefore, academic integrity represents a moral system for training staff and trainees in the institute, and thus contributes to providing them with principles and fundamentals for dealing with training content in a way that ensures intellectual property rights. Therefore, it is considered a fundamental principle of e-learning systems in delivering e-learning and distance education programs.
The Saudi German Hospital Academy is responsible for providing an environment with high levels of academic integrity by promoting academic integrity as an essential part of the personal and intellectual growth of the trainee, increasing the awareness of trainees, trainers, and employees on issues related to academic integrity, and promoting a climate of trust, honesty, and high ethical standards in pursuit of academic excellence, and encouraging commitment to honesty and integrity among all members of the academic community and applying the provisions of the academic integrity policy.
