Full Course Description

This practical, clinician focused workshop is designed to guide healthcare professionals through the complete research journey from identifying a clinical problem to publishing a scientific paper.

Participants will work on one continuous research idea throughout the workshop, ensuring hands on learning and real application. The course covers formulating a focused research question, selecting the appropriate study design, developing a structured research protocol, understanding ethical and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia, planning basic data collection and interpretation, and writing a scientific manuscript.

In addition, participants will learn how to select suitable journals and navigate the manuscript submission process. The workshop is interactive, practical, and tailored for clinicians with no prior research experience, making it ideal for those aiming to publish, build research skills, or support academic promotion.
